About the Artist
Glass beads handmade by raccoon rehabilitator Sarah Bookbinder.
Before the raccoon gods made other plans for her life, Sarah spent a significant amount of time flameworking at the torch. Sarah’s glass beads have been featured in numerous galleries, including the gift shop at the Corning Museum of Glass. She now does her glass work in stolen hours in a private studio tucked away overlooking 50 wooded acres of raccoon paradise at Gordon Wildlife.
Necklaces feature one of Sarah’s handmade glass beads and a sterling silver engraved raccoon paw charm. Strung on an 18” black braided leather cord with a sterling silver clasp. All materials made in the USA.
